The Romance Shop is an Island grown, family-owned chain of adult boutiques located in Courtenay, Duncan and Victoria BC. The Romance Shop was a concept developed 20+ years ago by founder Ms. Romance. She identified a need within her community for a specialty shop designed and created for romantics of all ages. “Our goal is to serve as a resource to promote healthy attitudes about sex and to provide quality products and information, to support honest communication about sexuality, and to take every possible opportunity to promote the philosophy that sex is fun and natural.” We aim to provide a space that is exciting, interesting, and tastefully presented, both in store and at events. Our space allows our customers to feel comfortable to explore, laugh and giggle through our many sensual treats, novelty gifts and so much more. *We are aware that festivals are for all ages and have been successful at keeping our display appropriate and in good taste for all.
